Our jams, pickles, pies and pesto were entered in the 2011 CT Specialty Food Association’s competition and we are so proud of the results!   Our Blueberry Rhubarb and Hot Pepper Jelly topped the jam category. Our Dilly Beans and Dill Pickles topped the pickle category and our Cilantro and Basil Pesto took 2nd and 3rd in the condiment category.   In 2012 our Strawberry Rhubarb came in 2nd place in the dessert category! Our Green Tomato Relish, Arugula Pesto and Bread and Butter Pickles obtained recognition in their categories too!

We look forward to bringing you Farm Dinners held every other Wednesday starting at the end of June to the end of August and a Friday night dinner in September.  Dinner prepared primarily of CT grown products with a set menu.   Our past themes have included Clam Bake, BBQ, Italian Night (offered twice per season because of its popularity) Surf and Turf, Steak Night and Autumn Harvest.  Seating is limited and reservations are a must!  Dinners are held outside without cover.  In case of rain, dinners are set up in to go containers to be enjoyed at home.  Please get on our e-mail list to stay informed of the menus as they are put together.

It’s never too early to order your holiday pies.  Choose from: Apple, Dutch Apple, Blueberry, Blueberry Crumb, Fruit of the Farm (apples, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries  & strawberries),  Pecan, Pumpkin, Strawberry Rhubarb and Chocolate Cream Pie.  If you would like to order a special pie ahead, please call 24 hours in advance.   (1 week ahead for holiday pies)
